excellent shower pressure, large room sizes, convenient location in a residential area

The bathroom needs serious upgrades!!! Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, poorly maintained shower doors that don't close properly, and overall room degradation could use attention. Additional attention is required on communication regarding parking zone regulations!!!

A pleasant stay with friendly vibes

The hotel boasts a fantastic location within walking distance to iconic sights. The staff was exceptionally friendly, constantly going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delicious breakfast options made our mornings delightful. Letizia even helped us make reservations for local attractions, which was a nice touch.

Great Location with Helpful Tips!

I really enjoyed my stay, particularly because the location made it so easy to explore the sights of Florence. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing a map with marked recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which made our experience so much better. The room was clean and had a cozy charm to it, though a bit of freshening up wouldn't hurt. The breakfast was a nice touch too, with decent options to start the day.

Our stay at Hotel D'Azeglio Firenze was fantastic! We loved the spacious room which included air conditioning and the convenience of daily room service. The breakfast spread was quite enjoyable, featuring croissants, meats, and a variety of beverages. Letizia provided exceptional assistance, sharing local tips and marking recommendations on a map, which made exploring Florence so much easier.

The hotel could use a fresh coat of paint.
